Our Team

Joanne W. Iverson
President

Joanne Iverson founded Iverson Gaming Systems, Inc. in 1996 to focus on information management solutions for the gaming industry. Joanne has extensive experience in systems development and operations management, and began her career as a mainframe systems programmer at Sperry UNIVAC, now Unisys Corporation.

After ten years in the computer industry, she transferred her operations management experience to the financial industry. Joanne was Vice President of Electronic Funds Transfer operations at a major bank in Philadelphia, where she was responsible for the installation of the first ATM network introduced there, as well as an early bank-by-phone service. On leaving the bank, Ms. Iverson founded Iverson Associates, Inc. (IAI) in 1984 to develop custom software applications for new PC marketplace. Iverson Associates was one of the first BM Business Partners after the IBM PC was introduced.

Joanne Iverson is a graduate of the Wharton Management Program at the University of Pennsylvania. She was inducted into the Women’s Collegiate Rowing Coaches Hall of Fame in 2007, recognizing achievements in her rowing and coaching career and her many contributions to the sport. Currently, Joanne serves on the Board of Directors of the Vesper Boat Club in Philadelphia, where she still rows regularly.

Susan H. Hufnagel
Vice President, Finance & Compliance

Susan Hufnagel is a 30-year veteran of the accounting profession, and is Iverson’s Controller and Manager of Iverson Associates operations. Susan joined Iverson Associates (IAI) in 1989 and has been with Iverson Gaming Systems since its founding. She was formerly with Mellon Bank as EDP Audit Manager, and the Franklin Mint as Director of Customer Service, and then as Director of Finance for Operations. Ms. Hufnagel earned a B.S in Zoology from Penn State, and an MBA in Accounting from Temple University. In her spare time, Susan enjoys doing Pilates and volunteering for the American Diabetes Association.

Millard H. Reeves
Vice President, New Product Development

Millard Reeves has been with Iverson Gaming since its inception and was formerly a Project Manager with Iverson Associates. Mr. Reeves has extensive experience with the technical aspects of gaming equipment, associated software, and the data communication techniques employed in casinos and aboard cruise ships. He is responsible for all aspects of new Iverson products from inception to development and final testing, to customer support. Millard is an avid aquarium, terrarium and tropical plant hobbyist, and is a volunteer for Pennsylvania Horticultural Society. He supports community causes as diverse as the Humane Society of Cozumel, Mexico and the Philadelphia Museum of Art, and continues a life-long interest in choral singing and theater.

Leslie T. Wright
Project Manager

Leslie Wright joined Iverson in early 2008 to provide project management for development of a major new gaming accounting software project for Carnival Cruise Lines and the gaming market overall. Leslie came to Iverson from retailer Charming Shoppes, Inc., where she was responsible for supported several critical applications relating to finance, transportation and EDI communications. Prior to this position, she had a 20-year career with Weyerhaeuser, where she held progressively more responsible positions involving customer/vendor interface roles and support for operations through ERP and CRM applications. She holds an MBA from Temple University, and a BS from Penn State University. Leslie has a special enthusiasm for Harley Davidson motorcycles.

Jennifer W. Masiko
Global Marketing and Sales Manager

Jennifer Masiko joined Iverson in 2002 from Enterprise Rent-A-Car where she was a successful operations, financial and branch manager. Jennifer is responsible for marketing efforts for Iverson including advertising, trade show management, market analysis and CRM. She is very active in the community, volunteering and providing support for organizations including the United States Humane Society, The American Society of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA), the American Cancer Society, and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Jennifer earned a B.A in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University.

Nelia T. Castillo
Bilingual Interpreter

Nelia Castillo provides technical, business, legal and medical translation to support Iverson sales and support needs. She is proficient in simultaneous live translation as well as written translation and has provided these services for Family Court, Social Security Administration and Business Mediation. Mrs. Castillo is also a private tutor to clients seeking Spanish language usage to interface with customers in their professional settings. Nelia has a Masters Degree in Bilingual Language Education and has served in numerous organizations dedicated to the advancement of Spanish language and cultural exchange programs. She is an honorary lifetime member of the Alliance Francaise and is fluent in conversational French.

Parag D. Amin
Partner, Radiqal LLC

Parag Amin is a co-founder of Radiqal, a leading software development and services company headquartered near Philadelphia, serving clients in the gaming, interactive TV, video on demand, broadcast satellite and other markets. Mr. Amin began his career with Iverson where he helped develop a range of gaming management applications before leaving to found Radiqal, which continues as a critical part of the Iverson team. Parag’s development expertise includes fluency in C, C++, Java, HTML, PL/SQL, Visual Basic, ASP, XML, NET Database, ORACLE, SQL Server, Access, MYSQL, Brio, Crystal Reports Operating Systems PowerTV, VxWorks, Windows, UNIX(Solaris, Linux), Mac OS, Novel Netware, OS/400, VMS, Microsoft IIS, Apache, Cold Fusion, and Silver Stream. Parag holds an MS in Computer Science from Drexel University. His competitive spirit was honed in his youth as an elite cricketer in his home sate of Gujarat, India.

Venu G. Krishnamoorthy
Partner, Radiqal LLC

Venu Krishnamoorthy is a co-founder of Radiqal, a leading software development and services company headquartered near Philadelphia, serving clients in the gaming, interactive TV, video on demand, broadcast satellite and other markets. Mr. Krishnamoorthy began his career with Iverson where he helped develop a range of gaming management applications before leaving to found Radiqal, which continues as a critical part of the Iverson team. Venu’s development expertise includes fluency in C, C++, Java, HTML, PL/SQL, Visual Basic, ASP, XML, NET Database, ORACLE, SQL Server, Access, MYSQL, Brio, Crystal Reports Operating Systems PowerTV, VxWorks, Windows, UNIX(Solaris, Linux), Mac OS, Novel Netware, OS/400, VMS, Microsoft IIS, Apache, Cold Fusion, and Silver Stream. Venu holds an MS in Computer Science from Drexel University.

Richard Kundrat
President, RLC Electronic Systems

Rick Kundrat is president of RLC Electronic Systems, a full-service company specializing in the design and manufacture of electronic products. RLC designed and manufactures Iverson’s SLOTMaster III controller and the new Iverson SM Graphics operating hardware. RLC also developed and maintains the Iverson firmware which controls communications with slot, change and arcade machines, and SM Graphics. RLC is ISO 9001 Compliant (certification pending), IPC Certified, UL Audited, ESD and RoHS compliant.
