Support contracts are negotiated and customized to each casino operation and their specific need. Remote support and on-site support are standard elements and fees are based upon the support level requested. Support level differentiation includes requested weeks on-site during installation, weeks on-site per year, support hours per month, response time, help desk and other criteria.
