We built our business serving clients as diverse as leading global cruise lines based in the U.S. and Europe; a major, government-run casino in Korea, a thriving gaming operation of a different scale in South Dakota, and an emerging, high-growth casino in Nicaragua.
Along the way, we have learned the importance of recognizing and accommodating cultural sensitivities in the markets we serve – as well as building solid multi-language and multi-currency capabilities into Iverson solutions.
Of course, gaming technology continues to advance, and we recognize that “traditional” and regulated casino gaming will need to rapidly integrate emerging customer preferences. We see such preferences – especially among Millennials – as ranging from the ability to game online before, during and after a casino visit, to opportunities to participate in massively-parallel gaming experiences to the ability to customize a personal gaming experience using “building blocks” from favorite games.
We are actively monitoring these trends and incorporating them into our design thinking for systems that will help manage player tracking and CRM/loyalty systems and optimize gaming “floor” performance in the future (wherever that “floor” in on land, at sea, or in web space).
